General
1. All package components are strictly subject to availability at the time of reservation and advance reservation is required, with voucher usage declared at time of booking.
2. Blackout dates apply, including festive seasons, peak periods, and hotel designated promotional dates.
3. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and hold no cash value.
4. Expiry dates will not be extended under any circumstances.
5. Vouchers must be physically presented upon redemption; failure to do so may result in forfeiture.
6. Marriott Bonvoy points earning or redemption is not applicable.
7. Lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
8. Unauthorized reproduction, sale, or resale of vouchers is strictly prohibited.
9. The hotel reserves the right to amend terms and exercise final interpretation without prior notice.
Room Stay - 1-Night Weekend Stay in an Executive Suite Voucher and Buy 1 Night at the Best Available Rate, Get the 2nd Night Free Voucher
10. Valid for check-in on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday only.
11. For "Buy 1 Night at the Best Available Rate, Get the 2nd Night Free" voucher, second night must be consecutive.
12. Blackout dates may apply.
13. Reservations must be made directly with Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel at least three (3) days prior to arrival.
14. Cancellation or modification within 72 hours, or no show, will result in 100% forfeiture of the voucher entitlement.
Dinner Buffet, Hi-Tea Buffet and Afternoon Tea Vouchers
15. Dining vouchers are valid for dine in only and restricted to participating outlets and stated meal periods.
16. Only one voucher may be redeemed per table, party, or group per meal period.
17. Dining vouchers are not valid during festive blackout dates or hotel designated promotional events.
18. Cancellation or no show within 72 hours will result in full forfeiture of dining entitlements.
Cash Dining Vouchers – Miyabi, Yue, Chime & Sala Bar
19. Valid for one time use per receipt, with minimum spend as stated.
20. Applicable only at the outlet specified on the voucher; cross usage is prohibited.
21. Not valid for retail products, takeaway, delivery, tobacco, gift hampers, or merchandise.
22. Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
23. Cancellation or no show within 72 hours results in voucher forfeiture.
Complimentary Celebration Cake
24. Valid for one (1) complimentary 1 kg celebration cake when a minimum of 2 persons or more dine-in at F&B outlets, available in selected flavors only. Additional flavors may be subject to a surcharge.
25. Valid for one time redemption only, at Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel, and subject to availability.
26. Advance reservation of at least 72 hours is required, with intention to redeem clearly stated.
