    We partner with local, third-party drivers and courier services to brings your order right to your destination.

    Our team member packs the items in your order and contact a driver to pick up your order. You’ll receive a notification informing you that the driver is on their way.

    The driver arrives and delivers your order to you.
    The delivery fee differs by distance from the hotel.

    0-10km – Free
    10-20km - MYR 25.00nett
    20-30km - MYR 40.00nett
    30-40km – MYR 55.00nett
    Please select the date and time of pickup. Follow the “Order Pickup” sign to the pickup area at the hotel entrance, and park in any designated spot. We'll bring your order out to you.

    We will indicate in the item description on the lead time for each item. Minimum lead time is 60 minutes.
    The food will be packed in a takeaway box to keep the food warm, intact and ready-to-eat from our kitchen all the way to your destination.
    We accept:

    • Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards
    • FPX (Bank transfer)
    • E-Wallet: Touch ‘n Go, BOOST, GrabPay

    We are continuously improving our service and we are looking to expand our modes of payment in the future.

    Here are a few ways for you to check whether your order has been confirmed:

    • You will receive an order confirmation at your registered email, once your order has been confirmed.
    • You will see a “Paid” status for your order at the My Orders page as a confirmation for your Order.

    Yes, you can enter a gift message in the “Remarks” column on the purchase page.

    You will be able to put in any special request in the “Remarks” field when ordering.
